ManageHex is provider-agnostic on payments. Guests pay by the methods you already accept, and the money settles to your venue's own payment account. ManageHex does not hold your customers' funds.
What it does hold is the record. Each payment stays attached to its order, its table and the staff member who took it, so a refund, a split bill or a discount all leave a trail you can follow later.
That matters most at close. Instead of matching a card-terminal report against a till roll by hand, you have the sales, adjustments and payment references in one line-by-line record, ready to reconcile.
